Welcome to the Costa Blanca

The Costa Blanca, literally translated as the ‘white coast’, refers to a 200-kilometer Mediterranean coastline in south-eastern Spain. The area’s excellent climate, the splendor of its natural beauty, its beaches, its Spanish charm, and its good accessibility make it an extremely popular region whose main income is from tourism.

Costa Blanca: North and south

The Costa Blanca is one of Spain’s most expansive Costas. Because of its scope, this coast is often divided into the Costa Blanca North and the Costa Blanca South. The vibrant city of Alicante sparkles in the heart of this coastline, forming a boundary between the two zones.

Although the distance from the far north to the south is limited (about 200 km), there is a big difference in terms of climate and vegetation.
Between Dénia and Alicante, the landscape is lush, with verdant mountains and valleys, orchards and rugged coastlines.

Due to its popularity and limited building land, there has been dense development on the slopes here, making prices higher than on the Costa Blanca South.

Between Alicante and Cartagena, you will find several lively cities with a flavour of many cultures. This region continues to invest in a reliable, growing infrastructure and such facilities as hospitals and schools that meet the needs of the inhabitants. The coast offers splendid sandy beaches, crowned with the blue flag. The landscape is hilly and sun-drenched.

To help you enjoy the green character of the Costa Blanca South, it offers many great golf courses, often with the bonus of panoramic sea views. Apartments and villas located in residential areas here have a more spacious feeling in terms of construction.
