Urbanisation

Discover Las Colinas, a destination surrounded by nature with views of the sea. A single access makes its way through the canyon-shaped entrance, flanked by palm trees and provided with 24/7 security.

The well-kept street with extensive planting immediately sets the tone. This is not an average urbanisation. Spread across the valley are several residences, all with excellent, private access. Each residence has well-kept communal gardens, has extra security and has been built with high-quality materials. Luxury is a term that is used too often, but luxury is synonymous with Las Colinas Golf.

Golf

As well as being an exclusive holiday destination, with low construction density, Las Colinas also has a top golf course.

It was designed by the renowned North American landscape architect Cabell B. Robinson. This was not his first masterpiece. He has, among other things, designed the following golf courses: La Reserva in Sotogrande, Praia d’El Rey in Portugal and Royal Golf d’Evian in France.

Las Colinas Golf has as its mission to offer the best services and facilities. For example, it has selected Troon Golf (world leader) to carry out maintenance and management.

These efforts have proved successful because the golf course has already received several awards. The main recognitions are the inclusion in the top 100 golf courses in Europe (2015 – 2018) and the award for Best Golf terrain in Spain (2016-2017).

In addition to the par 71, 18-hole championship terrain, there is a complete range of facilities such as a golf school, a natural grass driving range, a putting green, a zone for practicing the short game and a beautiful club house to spend an enjoyable time in after your game.

Beach Club

A few minutes’ drive from Las Colinas, owners can enjoy a private base at the beach. This Beach Club offers multiple parking spaces, a refreshing infinity swimming pool overlooking the sea, a large terrace with sun loungers, toilets, changing rooms, restaurant and bar.

An additional advantage of this Beach Club is that you can visit the beach with children or grandchildren and then get changed at the Club before returning home.

Activities

Are you not a fan of golf? Or are you bored of sunbathing all the time? Or would you just like some variety? Las Colinas also offers many possibilities in this respect.

You can burn calories on one of the tennis or padel courts, maintain muscle strength in the gym, or enjoy a healthy hiking or cycle route through nature.

But there is even more! In the clubhouse, you can register for various personalised cultural excursions (with guide) in the Murcia region. There is also a partnership with a wine grower (Bodega) in the Alicante region.
