“Real Club de Golf Campoamor”, popularly Campoamor Golf was opened in the year 1988. The Earl of Barcelona, HRH D. Juan de Borbón, had the honour to make this opening official. But also for Campoamor Golf it was a big honor to welcome this guest. That is why every year in august a tournament takes place which carries the name of the earl.

This par 72 has a length of 6.277 meters and will charm the beginner as well as the experienced golfer. After a pleasant game of golf you can enjoy of a well deserved drink to quench your thirst in the clubhouse. Located at 130m above sea level, it has a wide panoramic view and bathes in the sun. Hotel Golf Campoamor I and II

Lomas de Campoamor has 2 four star hotels. On the one hand “Hotel Golf Campoamor I”. This hotel was opened in 2002 and has the shape of a ship’s bow. Due to the location on a hill, many rooms offer awesome views. The courtyard is also worthwhile, because it features a garden with an opulent vegetation.

On the other hand there is the “Hotel Golf Campoamor II”, which opened in 2006.  This hotel, with only 27 rooms, is especially designed for sports teams. There are also 3 football fields connected to this hotel.

The past few years several major teams have had their winter trainings here.

Two bedrooms and a bathroom are situated on the first floor, as well as the terrace of 10m2. A nice extra feature is the solarium-roof terrace of no less than 17m2. All houses measure about 85m2 and have a private garden and a terrace.

Molinos

These are spacious, luxurious apartments with surface of 99m2, terrace not included. They are built in units of maximum 4 floors, in which the top floor is features a solarium-roof terrace of no less than 25m2. All other apartments of this type have a spacious terrace of minimal 19m2.

Furthermore all apartments have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a separate kitchen and a practical storage room. They are fairly centrally located and offer a unique and breathtaking view over the golf course towards the Mediterranean Sea.

Albatros

These spacious apartments are located on the first and second line, close to the golf course. Their surface varies between 96m2 and 200m2 (terrace of 23 to 50M2 not included).

The practical layout offers an entrance, a spacious living room, a separate kitchen, a storage room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. This type of apartment has a top location right next to the golf course and offers fantastic views over the resort and the Mediterranean Sea.

Naranjos

These are cosy apartments with a surface of 69m2. They feature a snug living room with integrated kitchen, a convenient storage room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Furthermore each apartment has its own terrace and the building units only have 4 building layers (ground floor + 3 levels).

Almendros

These cosy apartments have a surface of 80m2, terrace not included. They have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The practical open kitchen is integrated in the living room. Each apartment block is limited to 4 building layers and is equipped with an elevator.

All apartments are located close to the commercial zone “La Fuente”.  Moreover they offer views on, either the green zone, the golf course or the Mediterranean Sea.

Birdie

Nice allotment of forty bungalows with a centrally located common swimming pool. The allotment is quietly located and most houses have a sea view.
All bungalows have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; one of which is on the ground floor.  In this allotment there are 2 types of houses:

Semi-detached houses (Spanish : Pareado)

These houses are built in pairs (both semi-detached). This type of house has a surface of 108m2 and 25m2 of terraces on the ground floor and the first floor.

On the ground floor we have an entrance, a living room, a kitchen, a storage room, a bathroom, a bedroom and a terrace. On the first floor we find a bathroom with a terrace and 2 bedrooms (one of which has a terrace).

Terraced houses (Spanish : Adosado)

These houses have a surface of 98m2 and 20m2 of terraces, divided over the ground floor and the first floor. On the ground floor we have an entrance, a living room, a kitchen, a basement, a bathroom,  a bedroom and a terrace. On the first floor we find a bathroom, a bedroom with a terrace and one separate terrace.

Eagle

Striking and proud, like it becomes the Eagles, they stand out in the whole resort. They are grouped by six, boasting their beautiful views. Type A has 154m2, with two bathrooms and three bedrooms. Type B1 has 133m2, also two bathrooms and three bedrooms. Type B2 has 138m2, two bathrooms and two bedrooms.

Every Eagle has its own parking space in the underground parking, which is only accessible to the residents.

Iron

All the apartments of the “Iron” type are located at the highest point of the Lomas de Campoamor. Their views are therefore breathtaking.
