A Campoamor apartment gets a gorgeous and timeless renovation
This home is located on the ground floor within the urbanisation of LOMAS DE CAMPOAMOR, turned to the green, enjoying an unbeatable view.
The apartment has undergone a complete refurbishing and restyling, playing almost exclusively with the interior design of different carpentry elements and replacing all the furniture and lighting.
The result is a neutral and peaceful, though warm home, in which the white in its various gradations coexists with the warmth of the wood.

Dining Room
This is the heart of the house, the favourite meeting place and most open space of the house.
It has now a simple and large corner bench that also offers lots of lower storage under the seat. A large group can be seated on it and still it leaves lots of open space available.
The kitchen | Interior design
For the kitchen, the same materials were chosen as for the rest of the house.
The black ceramic floor is in alignment with the new layout. Natural oak was chosen for the front panels of the storage cupboards and one panel hides the access to the laundry room.

The design of the apartment runs through the master bedroom in visual continuity. For the carpentry of both doors white oak was used and their vertical lines are repeated throughout the house. The head of the bed, on the other hand, was finished in warm natural oak and it features two integrated night tables. The selected bedding shows various grey tones.
Furthermore, the children’s bedroom makes more use of the white colour to give peace to its little inhabitants and it’s the perfect cosy setting for many hours of play.
