We are specialized in real estate at the Costa Blanca, as well as resale as a new build.
To strengthen our market position, we are urgently looking for a new highly motivated colleague that is fun to work with.
The new real estate team member we are looking for is:
- a trained real estate professional or has experience in real estate.
- a native Norwegian or Swedish speaker and fluent in English and preferably one other European language.
- communicating easily, well organized, and a real team player.
- computer literate and able to adopt new software quickly.
- living in the area of Torrevieja or Orihuela Costa or prepared to relocate.
- in possession of a driver’s license.
Job description:
- find new properties to expand our portfolio
- market research – acquiring market knowledge
- build and maintain customer relations
- valuation of properties
- sales: viewings, negotiations, …
- create and maintain your administrative files (supported by back-office)
Naturally, we will offer the necessary on-the-job training and we will also gladly take the successful candidate along on our occasional group activities.
